People visit other Nations with ease because of Travel Programs established well in advance. For America to attract Significantly More Tourist Dollars we have to improve our Mass Transit and Add High Speed Rail at Airports. Strengthening our Infrastructure will generate Billions for All Industries as people go to Sightsee Historic Sites.

This Strategy will cost $2 Trillion Dollars. Yet all we have to do is convince 500 Million people worldwide to visit America just once and we can “Presell” Travel Packages to people in other countries. I am confident with a World Population of seven billion we can easily accomplish this task.

This Strategic Initiative will enable more people to easily afford to visit their children and being able to share a College Graduation or Homecoming is priceless.

When you look over your shoulder let’s have something Great to leave behind. We have a chance to Unite America by offering State of Art High Speed Rail that will benefit Generations of People Worldwide and works in parallel with Business. States owning the rights to “New Track” will position each State to get revenue to service constituents. So, we can apply a 10^th Amendment philosophy and offer people worldwide better service. Implementing this strategy now is wise while prices are affordable as we project growth for this Century.

Being able to ship products by High Speed Rail will also allow our OEMs to build Non-Sleeper Tractors rather than Over-The-Road Sleepers. This offers us many advantages such as reducing the Cost of Goods Sold and offering CDL drivers the chance to be at their home at night. Reducing the expense to distribute products will make more products more affordable and with every purchase revenue is generated both for government and business.
